eReg Portal Introduction

Learn how to use our eReg portal to register for clinical trials at a research facility near you. Follow the steps in these videos for instructions on how to register using the online portal. eReg Portal - Creating an Account

Creating an Account on Celerion's Electronic Registration Participant Portal.

Before you can sign in to the eReg Portal, you’ll need to create an account-- even if you've created a profile in the past. On our Help Research home page, select "Create a Profile" … the city you’re in … and then select "Create an Account".

eReg Portal - "My Profile"

To login to the eReg Portal, enter the User Name and Password that were emailed to you. Once you've signed in, you'll be at the "My Profile" screen.

Select “Contact Details.”  Review the information. If everything is correct, go straight to “Preferences.” 

eReg Portal - Medical History Questionnaire

Thoroughly and accurately completing the Medical History Questionnaire is very important and will take a few minutes to complete now.

This only has to be done one time, instead of every time you apply for a study – and you can do it from home. It's so convenient!

eReg Portal - Searching for Studies

Before you can search for studies, you'll validate your personal information the first time you login to search for studies, and again every 90 days afterward.

Based on your personal information, study preferences and medical history, an up -to-date list of studies that you may qualify for is prepared for you. Choose “Studies,” then “Matching Studies.”
