Learn How to Sign Up for Clinical Trials With Our Online Portal

We offer two ways to get involved in our groundbreaking research. You can call a Celerion representative and enroll in upcoming clinical trials over the phone or create an account through our online portal – the option most clinical trial participants prefer. Why? Because there's no need for applicants to resubmit their personal information and medical history for each study you avoid potential hold times from calling the call center to register.

Are There Specific Qualifications for Enrollment

Most pharmaceutical and biotech companies rely on the services of healthy participants to assess their FDA-reviewed medications. Some opportunities, however, are open only to people meeting specific qualifications based on age, gender, or a relevant medical condition. When you go to the Celerion "Studies" page, you'll see a double arrow on the bottom right corner of every listing that will direct you to a more comprehensive overview of each study and its participation requirements.

How to Sign Up for Clinical Trials at Celerion

At the top of the Celerion landing page, you'll see a blue rectangular "Register" icon directing you to our secure online portal. You'll be connected to our "Participant Login" screen when you click on that icon. To create a new account, select the location of the Celerion facility in your immediate vicinity. Before you can create an account, you'll be asked to review our privacy policy and consent to the use of the personally identifiable information (PII) outlined in the document.

At the bottom of the privacy policy screen, you'll see a box asking, "Do you consent to the collection, use, processing, disclosure, and onward transfer of your PII as outlined above? If you agree to the terms and wish to create a Celerion account, activate the blank circle next to the question and click "Submit." Then, proceed with the following steps.

New User Registration

After agreeing to the PII terms and submitting your response, you'll be directed to the "New User Registration" screen. Located directly below the blue prompts for existing and new Celerion participants, you'll see an image with a prompt to the left (on a green background) that reads "Make an Impact with Clinical Trials." Scroll over "Get Started" and click.

Select Save Time by Using the EREG Portal

The new user registration screen link will take you to the page "Find a Clinical Research Study." You'll see two options – "Pre-Register for Celeron Studies" and "Save Time by Using the EROG Portal. Select the "Save Time" prompt. That action will activate a drop-down screen. You'll see a link to a video introducing the Celeron eReg portal. That link will take you to a list of videos that cover everything from instructions for creating an account and submitting your medical history to searching for studies. Select any videos you wish to review, then go back to the "Register" icon at the top of your screen, click, and select "I Am a New Celerion Participant" on the next screen.

Follow the Prompts On the Drop-Down Menu

You'll see the first steps to create your account when you access the drop-down menu. Enter your birthdate, the last four digits of your Social Security number, and your email address. Then, enter your first name, last name, and middle initial. You'll also be asked to select your gender at birth, ethnicity, and race and provide your current height and weight.

Enter Your Contact Information

Below the text box for entering your height and weight, you'll see a section to provide your contact information. You'll be prompted to submit your home address, city, state, postal code, and country. A landline or cell phone number is required, and you'll need to select your preferred language, communication method, contact times, and the appropriate Celerion facility. Then, select submit. You're finished! You have a Celerion user account.

What Happens After I Sign Up?

Your user account information and password will be emailed to you. After logging into your account, you'll be on the "My Profile" screen. Select "Contact Details" to review your information. If everything you see is correct, complete the preferences section. Next, complete your "Medical History Questionnaire." Answer each question using the drop-down boxes and hit "Apply" as you finish each section. You can pick up where you've left off at any time.

After completing the questionnaire, select "Questionnaire Complete" and "Apply." You are now ready to search for studies. When selected as a potential candidate, you'll be asked to schedule a physical exam at your Celerion facility. During that appointment, you'll learn the purpose of the medication being evaluated and be apprised of any side effects that might occur if you're selected to participate. You'll be notified of the date and time of your results call during your consultation. You can accept or decline when you're offered a spot in a clinical trial. If you have questions about this overview, call 1-866-348-4859 to speak with a Celerion representative or submit a contact form
